Dunkirk Baptist Church Location

The entrance to the church is on the right side of northbound Maryland Route 4 between Yellow Bank Road and Brickhouse Road (before Kelly's Nursery) just north of the Dunkirk Town Center (with Walmart & Giant).

Directions from Annapolis, Maryland

Take Maryland Route 2 South. At the traffic circle in Lothian take the third right-hand turn in the circle. This is still Maryland Route 2. Stay straight on route 2 through a traffic light at route 258 and another traffic light at route 260. At the next traffic light turn right on to Mount Harmony Road. Stay on Mount Harmony Road to the end, which intersects Maryland Route 4. Turn right on to route 4 (north). Stay on route 4 through the traffic light in Dunkirk. After this it is advisable to get into the right-hand lane. The entrance to Dunkirk Baptist Church comes up quickly past the McDonald's and Gas station on the right and Dunkirk Park and Yellow Bank Road on the left.

Directions from Baltimore, Maryland

Take Interstate 695 (Baltimore Beltway) to Interstate 97 Exit 4 south. Take 1-97 to Exit 7 Maryland Route 3 (south). Route 3 changes to Route 301 where it passes under Route 50 (no exits required). Stay on Route 301 (south towards Upper Marlboro) to Maryland Route 4 east towards Waysons Corner and Prince Frederick. Stay on Route 4 for approximately 9 miles. You will pass by Maryland Route 260 of the left and approximately 1-mile later Lyons Creek Road on the right. This is a good place to start moving into the left-hand lane. Pass by Brickhouse Road on the left. Approximately 3000 feet or 1/2 mile later carefully take the left crossover at Yellow Bank Road. Turn left out of the crossover on to Route 4 north. Immediately get into the right lane. The church entrance comes up quickly on the right.

Directions from the Capital Beltway

Take the Capital Beltway Interstate 95 to Exit 11 Pennsylvania Avenue, Maryland Route 4 southeast, You will stay on Route 4 for approximately 17 miles. You will pass by Maryland Route 260 of the left and approximately I-mile later Lyons Creek Road on the right. This is a good place to start moving into the left-hand lane. Pass by Brickhouse Road on the left. Approximately 3000 feet or 1/2 mile later carefully take the left crossover at Yellow Bank Road. Turn left out of the crossover on to Route 4 north. Immediately get into the right lane. The church entrance comes up quickly on the right.

Directions from Chesapeake Beach and North Beach, Maryland

Take Route 260 to Mount Harmony Road. Stay on Mount Harmony Road to the end, which intersects Maryland Route 4. Turn right onto route 4 (north). Stay on route 4 through the traffic lights in Dunkirk. Directions from Waldorf, Maryland

Take Maryland Route 301 north to Upper Marlboro. Take Maryland Route 4 east towards Waysons Corner and Prince Frederick.
