The Gospel:

GOD LOVES YOU AND HAS A PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE

• “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.”   (John 3:16)​ 

• “I have come that they may have life, and may have it more abundantly.”  (John 10:10)

 

​SIN SEPARATES YOU FROM GOD

• "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)​ 

• ​​“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.”       (Romans 6:23)

 

​JESUS OFFERS FORGIVENESS FROM SIN

• “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.”  (Romans 5:8)

• “Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day.”  (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

 

​WE MUST TURN FROM SIN AND TURN TO JESUS

• “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.”  (Acts 3:19)

• “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God.”  (John 1:12)

 

​​TRUST JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR

• “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”  (Ephesians 2:8-9)

• “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”  (Romans 10:9)

WHAT TO PRAY:

Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sin and rose to give me eternal life. I am willing to turn from sin and to follow you. I invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Lord and Savior.
